✨BE ON TIME
Aim to get into the room five-to-10 minutes before class.

✨KEEP IT DOWN
When you walk into the room, even if class doesn’t start for another few minutes, you should move quietly and talk as little as possible.

✨SHOES OFF
Yoga studios are not gyms, please leave the shoes out.

✨KEEP THE PHONE SILENT
Phones are not allowed in the shala, but If you must bring it into the room, put it on silent and out of sight.

✨SHOWER BEFORE
Possibly in the class you’re going to be sweating and likely be touched by your teacher helping you get into a pose. Please make sure you have clean clothes and have had a recent shower.

✨DON'T LEAVE EARLY
While others are in Savasana, please don't rush out, if you have no choice, tell the teacher in advance.

✨DON'T EAT BEFORE PRACTICE
You should consider doing your yoga 3 to 4 hours after a heavy meal, 1 to 2 hours after a light meal.
